When are you seeing this error message, @Marco2710? What are you trying to use the bluetooth with (e.g. computer, vehicle, headphones, etc...)?

Try putting your smartphone into Safe Mode and see if you still have the same problem...

The problem appears immediately, as I click on the Bluetooth icon from the quick menu, a window that says Bluetooth sharing app does not respond ... I tried to erase the data, end the application, restart the device but nothing. ..experia xa1 dual sim, Android 7.0 ..... I was talking about connecting Bluetooth headphones but even before I did it I noticed the problem

Do you have the same problem when your smartphone is in Safe Mode, @Marco2710?

I can't see the photo at the time of writing, because these forums require a moderator to approve it first and it usually takes them a fair bit of time to "approve" photos...

Try a software repair with Xperia Companion and see if the problem still persits afterwards...
