    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have brought a mobile&lt;BR /&gt;Sony Xperia XA Ultra&lt;BR /&gt;MODEL: F3216&lt;BR /&gt;On 17-09-2016&lt;BR /&gt;But after 3 months of using it I started facing many problems such as&lt;BR /&gt;Heating of mobile battery,&lt;BR /&gt;Hanging of software, and many more software and hardware issues...&lt;BR /&gt;I have visited the authorised Sony Service Centre but they usually reset my phone and give it back to me.. Almost 12 to 13 times I already took my phone to the Service centre.. Last time they changed the battery and the display screen... But no recovery.. And I am just became frustrated of it...such a worst phone it is....It is ok that the phone is in its warranty period but what would happen if the warranty got expire... The price Rs. 28,500 I had already paid for the phone I think after the warranty I would have to pay more only for the repairs of it... Thats why I want a perfect solution of my issues... Either replace my phone with a new one or please I want you refund my money by taking this phone back...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
