      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought a new Xperia XA ultra dual a day back. Everything is working fine except for its volume. While making a call I'm not able to hear clearly from the other end. To be precise the volume is very feeble. I did the diagnostic tests, even then the condition is same. Is this some hardware issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me with this...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
