My Xperia xa got touch problem

Too of the screen doesn't recognize the touch. The notification panel can't be opened. Mobile is under warranty. What should I do.

Remove any protective case, film and/or glass > clean the display > settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test touchscreen

then > boot in safe mode > test it once more
