My opinion, I doubt it, it seems that this feature its for high end phones not mid-range

MWC kept showing off their Slow Motion feature.

What the camera does have is motion tracking from what I saw in some videos.

You can get half speed by recording on 60fps and editing to be 1/2 speed giving you slow motion in 30fps. You could squeeze a little more and edit down to 24fps for a slightly slower video.
