To check this you can either drag down the quick settings menu and tap on Total silence/Alarms only or "Priority only" or you can tap once on your volume up button and press "End now".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the do not disturb mode is not activated in your phone, try restarting your phone in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and do the test for the loudspeaker in Settings &amp;gt; About phone &amp;gt; Diagnostics &amp;gt; Test &amp;gt; Loudspeaker. While the phone is rebooted in safe mode all downloaded applications will not be loaded so we can see if any of them is the cause of this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>XA loudspeaker not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So earlier my speaker was working fine, and has always worked fine. Suddenly this evening it stops working. I now have no noise when it rings, when I play a video or music.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is greatly appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>
