Charging Problem

I've recently got a xa1(less than 1 month). One week ago, my phone started to not charging. I forced it to restarted and then it charged. Now whenever I want to charge it, I have to force it to restart then it is charging. I wonder that will it go on everytime like this?

Have you tried other chargers and other charging cables?

Yes, I tried but still the problem continues. There is no changing.

Same problem here, for the third day now. I've to restart the Phone, and it takes very long to restart. But only then the battery will charge.

I didnt try other chargers let

Try different wall chargers and/or cables, also turn it off and test it

@Busracetiner, if you have tried the steps above and are not getting any charge going into the phone then you may wish to contact your Local support team to arrange a repair assessment.
