WHITE STRIPES

I am an xperia xa user and i have a screen problem.The devide was not used harsh,after 2 months i turned my device off and half an hour later i turned it on but i noticed that there where white stripes everywhere i am sure that it did not fell it just happened i restart it ,i reset it and i changed the wallpaper just in case but the results are same the resolution is bad and there are white stripes which sometimes they disapear and reapear later on. I am very sad and shamed please help

This seems to be a hardware issue, you could test it

if you see the white stripes > take a screenshot > transfer it to another phone or computer > if you don't see them then it is a hardware issue.

You can also repair the phone with XC but you might have to contact your Local support
