Get message process system not responding followed by close application or wait. Touching these has no effect mobile phone is frozen can restart by vol up and power keys together but soon message comes again.

Had to factory reset

Get pop-up box message: process system not responding followed by close application or wait selection.

Tap on either selection message goes away comes back half a minute later or so. no other effects phone is working normally.

How can I stop message appearing?

when did it started happening? right after you repaired the phone or hours later? if the later, it's probably an app acting up.

Hello,

I got new Phone - Xperia XA1 Plus on 19th Oct 2017.

After factory reset on 30th June 2018, the frequency of Process system is not responding phone freezes is quit higher.

Sony Service has informed that if the problem is not get solved then have to send the mobile.

So in short, Factory reset will not solve the problem

Folks Try this,go to

Settings>apps>apps info>click-on-3dotmenu in right top>show system apps>find&open app named "system ui ">tap on storage>clear cache>done.

Do the same for app named "android system" and" Xperia home" check if issue still persists,after that install a free app named"AVG cleaner for Xperia"specially designed for Sony phones and clear cache with it.

I own a xa1plus and this fixed my problems.hope this works for other Sony devices also.
