Kindly post your future questions/feedbacks in English so we can assist you, this is an English based forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Make sure your Mobile data is activated from Settings -&amp;gt; Data usage -&amp;gt; Mobile data -&amp;gt; Enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Make sure you are in an area with good Mobile data coverage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Reset your Network settings (this will also erase all saved WiFi networks and mobile APNs) from Settings -&amp;gt; More -&amp;gt; Network settings reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- You may need to contact your network provider to help you reconfigure your mobile APNs again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
