    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/853604"&gt;@NealR&lt;/A&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you are having these issues since updating your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would suggest going to settings &amp;gt; apps &amp;gt; YouTube &amp;gt; storage &amp;gt; clear data&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you have done that go back to the previous menu and and tap on "Force Stop" then "OK"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you have done the above, restart the phone and see if you can then open YouTube without any error messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still have issues, let me know&amp;nbsp;&lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Error Message: YouTube has Stopped</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since installing the 7.0 upgrade, I regularly get this error message. &amp;nbsp;I did some online research and the solution suggested is to clear out the application (YouTube) cache. &amp;nbsp;This isn't working and I still get this message, even when II don't have YouTube open.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
