I'm sorry to hear this.

Is the touch slow or not responding at all? If i it possible to navigate in your phone at all, I recommend that you test your touch in diagnostics. You can do so if you go to: Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Touchscreen. How does the touchscreen behave in this test?

I would also recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

Good advice..I had the same issue..but a tad different..My square button would not work..It was caused by an app in the googe store...virus protection..stay away from those programs..also if you add too many apps the phone gets memory issues..Facebook kills my phone..its a greedy program for memory and processor use..

I've had trouble with the touchscreen near the sides since I purchased it when it came out, I'm having trouble typing a q, p, 1 and 0. Also swipe menus are difficult to show.
