Problem with internal memory

Hello
Since a month my Sony Xperia xa has gone from 16gb of internal memory to 10.07 I reviewed all the internal memory folder by folder with applications es explorer and all in one toolbox but I found nothing of Abnormal I uninstalled Spotify clear all the cache and linked file but nothing made anyone could help me please thanks

5.93 Gb is taken by the Android system. If you are seeing 10.07 Gb in Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Facts, it is normal, here being shown only available to user storage. In Settings > Storage & Memory > 3 dots Advanced > > Storage > Internal storage you should see 16 Gb and Android system on first position with 5.93 Gb.

I can't transfer data from internal memory to SD card. Please explain how to transfer the same.

What problem do you have the SD card is it recognized what kind of card you use "sdhc-sdxc-etc" and what do you want to transfer to them I will try to help you

I m using the xperia xa ultra just buy on February 2017 just one month than the internal storage full alr only 16gb for internal than system take 6gb ... How can I use for another apps ? The phone is good to use no lag no any problem photoshot also very good music player and sound system great .just only the internal memory ...the memory
