Screen overlay issue

Hi,
I am using xperia xa ultra marshmallow Android I am not able to use any application due to screen overlay issue, I tried turning off all the apps from draw over app and even tried granting. Permission to apps from safe mode but still not able to turn off screen overlay can anyone help me how to fix this issue

Thanks for the reply, but there is no Facebook messenger in my mobile

Everything you setup in screen. Include messenger, dimmer for bright screen, cclean apps or small app used bubble in screen. Off all. And try again. I used floating all and dimmer. Same to you. But i know it, today i fix finish and feel so great.
