      <title>ARC S issue with screen and microphone</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Over the weekend i have had numerous people tell me they are not able to hear me and i noticed last night that the bottom of my screen seemed a little high. After i took the case off, i realized that it was because the screen was loose and when turned screen down, it would separate some from the case. Has anyone seen this happen before? I have only had the phone for a few months now and love it, (tho it was the LT18i and does not get ATT 3G). I am going to do the update it has found tonight. Will that fix the microphone issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I completed the software upadate last night then used the service test to see if the microphone was any better and it was not. I am looking for where the information now to be able to send it off as the screen is very loose and the microphone is not working. I hope they repair it fast because i love this phone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
