you can use Update Service or PC Companion and see if it recognize your phone

Agreed, this method will determine if the handset is a Sony Ericsson device.

i bought a mix walkman last week. i already connect my phone in my pc using media go, i created a playlist already.. it means i bought a really original SE phone?

If PC Companion or media Go have been able to connect to the device then I believe that the handset will be a Sony orginal.

how to update android to ics 4.0?

im planning to buy next month the live with walkman.

does it is already an android 4.0?

To update you will need to use either PCC or SUS or Bridge for mac.

Oh....

PC companion and update service is stop recognizing my xperia neo after using for more than an year.

Earlier it was working and how there is no solution till today to detect my phone.

Does that mean my xperia neo is not original after one year

whall shall I do?? return it back to UK seller saying it is not original as sony pc companion and update service is not detecting now???
