Xperia ARC hangs sometimes

Please help me, My Xperia ARC hangs sometimes. Does anyone will help how to solve this problem. Sometimes I need to tap many times the icon so that i can open the application and also help me how to use the USB connection from my phone to computer.

go to settings -> about phone and tell us which

Android version and Build number do you have?

do you installed a screen protector? protective case?

Hi!

Android Version: 2.3.4, Build #: 4.0.2.A.0.42

I think it is already in the phone the Screen Protector because the saleman told me that its already have a screen protector. Screen protector is a plastic film am I right? and there is a spare one free also. I just put in a cotton wallet.

is the "cotton wallet" tight? does it press the power button or home button or any button at all? how about the apps ?

Sir, I dont have taskiller, i dont know what is easy battery is it a battery defender? yes i have also anti virus mcAfee bcoz when i bought the phone its already install. yes i have also YM. so what im going to do now? thank you

I think you call this a small pouch no its not tight... tell me regarding this one. it will affect the phone it self if it is tight?

yahoo messenger and yahoo mail are poor written apps that slow down your phone, uninstall them, then take the battery out -> press and hold the power button for few seconds -> put the battery back on -> turn on your phone, and see if it lags.

I already finish the ym uninstall and its lags if i turn to another page its slow...

my phone build number is 4.0.2.A.0.62

android version: 2.3.4

there are two ways

1) on the homescreen open the app drawer -> look for it -> tap on the bottom right corner theres a square made of 4 squares then tap on mcafee

2) settings -> applications -> manage applications -> all -> mcafee -> uninstall -> ok

on the homescreen -> press MENU -> add -> widget -> power control

on the homescreen -> long press (press and hold) on an empty space -> widget -> power control

I recoment you set it to transparent 100% it look nicer and you can select how many items to show

choose 1 x 4

this is what I have

wifi | bluetooth | sync | brightness slider | brightness toggle but you can replace one of those brigntness items to 2G/3G
