Defect SIM or SD cards can cause the device to restart and not start up correctly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also try restarting your device in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/Xperia-X/Could-not-register-my-fingerprint/m-p/1342154" target="_self"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; and see if you still experience that apps are crashing and the phone ends up in a boot loop.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Keep me posted!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Phone keep bootlooping even after repairing by Xperia Companion</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone hang, saying app xxx has forced stop and then start bootlooping (blue wave screen), I used Xperia Companion for repairing the phone and it works, I can turn on and use the phone again. But after several days, the phone continue experiencing the same problem again and again. Is there any method to resolve the problem? Or maybe there is problem in the hardware?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sorry if my grammar is bad&lt;/P&gt;</description>
