You can find this test in Settings &amp;gt; About phone &amp;gt; Diagnostics &amp;gt; Test.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If they work fine in the test, try rebooting your phone in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and see if you can increase/decrease media and ring volume when third party applications aren't loaded.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it went!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
