T2 from China

Hello
I bought my T2 ultra from mainland China, now I am living in Australia, but T2 would not let me install Google Play, youtube, etc. onto the phone, due to the software block from China.
Just would like to know if there is anyway around this?

Unfortunately there is no official way to perform this task, however there are a few users on here who would be able to offer some help @uliwooly

Hello,

I've converted my T2 Ultra Dual XM50h (bought in Beijing) last year to the D5322 Version (with all that google stuff) ...

you can follow my instructions on the XDA Developer Site - but keep in mind .. I've the DUAL version - you have to search for a different rom version when you have the single sim version of the phone.
