My Xperia P is not switching on

When i switched on my phone my device is just showing xperia color logo that is showing on starting of phone but there is no furter process is going on.now i cant switched on my phone. How can i solve this problem??

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Power off your phone by press and hold the power button and volume up until you get 3 vibrations. Charge the phone for a couple of hours and try to start it again.

If the problem persists, try to repair the phone software using PC Companion:

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet".

PC companion will not work if the phone is off,SUS will:

PC Companion should work with the phone turned off as well. You just have to follow the steps described above without the phone connected to the PC and a guide will start giving you instructions of how to proceed. But SUS will work also.

My experia keeps restarting itself unless I put it in flight mode. I cannot use it for calls now, is there any way out?

Remove the SIM,check again.

Just to clarify, you did run your phone without a SIM card inserted and still the restart occurs?

i did this software repair but nothing changed... help!

Have you tried to restart your phone by press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time until the device vibrates?

If that and a software repair doesn't help I advice you to have your phone examined by a service center. Please contact your local Xperia support team for more information:
