Xperia SP going haywire - "The Voice"

So, as many people here, I have been experiencing lag with the new firmware update. It bothered me, but not to the point where my device became unusable. However, today morning when I woke up, my phone was making bricks through its rear end. Here is the problem:

A female voice started to narrate every finger tap I perform without executing it. (e.g. I tap "Google Chrome" - the female voice will say 'Chrome" but Chrome will not open).

I cannot swipe left or right (because the voice is narrating every touch instead of registering swiping motion it will just register as taps through all the applications i have on my home screen)

I cannot unlock the phone if I turn off the screen because the female voice will just say "unlock screen, swipe up or down to unlock"

This prevents me from answering calls as well.

I performed many "hard resets" through the off button under the rear protective case but to no avail. "The Voice" comes back after a few moments on startup so that's sadly useless.

Basically my phone became a self absorbed piece of food after the latter finishes its cycle through the digestive tract.

Im currently in the process of rolling back in firmware with SUS but I would like to hear your opinion on this. I dont know if the firmware update is linked to my problem. It would be interesting to know what happened to my phone because nor have I ever activated a "slightly less than stable voice to narrate what I click without possibility of doing anything about it" option nor have I even seen one on SP. Virus? Glitch? AI? Aliens? Illuminati? Who knows. I just know that it's as annoying as a diety's damnation.

Indeed,it seems like talkback is on.Use two fingers to drag the notification bar,go to settings by double tapping and go to accesibility and disable talkback.

As i said on many posts here...biggest dissapointment ever. I was so excited when i bought it 5/6 days ago, but after the update to 4.3, all that joy turned to ash.
Related to your problem, you can try and reboot it in safe mode, with just the basic apps and preinstalled **bleep**. If the problem persists its a hardware problem, if. Its gone in safe mode, then one app you instslled has some sort of virus. Afaik you cannot downgrade to 4.1 jb thru SUS, the only way is with flashthingy and you need a tutorial for that and it may or may not cost you, time and most important your warranty.
Try safe mode, if it doesnt work, try downgrade, if it doesnt work, you can always use it as a showel.

I like shovels - the get the job done and then some. But alexdon is right - my talkback function was on. I actually spent quite a decent amount of time crawling around different forums but I didn't know how to label the issue (tried from "xperia sp narrating voice" to "voice hd" to "my phone has a little devil inside it and it keeps trying to beat it in my ear"). However my phone turned the "Talk Back" option on its own so I'm gonna have to look into that now since it wasnt in the pocked where it "could have" accidentally checked the option. It was simply resting on the nightstand, plus its an opportunity to rollback to a previously somewhat flawless version so I think ill just go with that.

Oh and, thank you alexdon it has been a few hours now and that voice is now probably residing in my personal **bleep** qarters as my guide.

I'm curious as to how you managed to disable that.

When I bought my Z2 and switched the phone for the first time at the shop, the talkback feature is active. And there's no way to disable it cuz I can't even get to Settings. Even the seller got so frustrated that they had get me a new box to replace it. It was funny and frustrating as well. So I'm really curious how you did that.
