Don't remember where.</P><P>Anyway I followed the instructions:</P><P><BR />1. Press and hold the Back and Menu buttons.<BR />2. Press and release the power button. Keep on pressing the Back and Menu keys until the phone turns on completely.<BR />3. Press the Emergency Call button to go to the phone`s dialer.<BR />4. Press *#*#7378423#*#*.<BR />5. Choose Customization Setting.<BR />6. On the next screen, choose Reset customization.<BR />7. Reboot the phone. Our youngest daughter uses this phone to play with. But since I expect this will happen again I'd thought I should try to figure it out once and for all.<BR />I have set up Everything with Google-account, security questin and graphic Password for our daughter on this Telephone. But, of Course, she managed to use up all 20 attempts with the graphical Password without getting it right. I then tried to unlock the piece with answering the security question. Being the one WHO had set it up in the first Place I'd thought it would not be a problem. But it was. I then then tried unlocking the phone with the Google-account information. I can access the Google-account with this information from any other platforn, computer or phone, but obviously not from this phone.
