I don't quite understand your question, its up to you, which apps and/or services you want on your phone

On stock 4.1.2 I disabled some apps. Then problems started. Like battery drain. 8hours (deepsleep) 26% drained.....

well, it'll be wise to reenable all of then and only disable thirdparty apps, such as games

This is what I would do, I would just repair the phone with SUS or PCC and then double check which apps might not be a good idea to disable, if its just a weather app, facebook, mcafee etc that's fine

Stamina mode was not working. When I cleared stamina cache and rebooted drain is gone.
