About go back to 4.1.2

Hi guys, i know that this question has been asked couple of times but i have some doubt and need to clarify. Please answer me these questions.
1. If i go back to android 4.1.2 from 4.3 do i have to root my phone?

2. If i want to go back to 4.1.2 can i have the original os which was released by sony?

3. Is there have any risk doing this reverse?

4. Will i get further update in future from sony if i go back to 4.1.2?

5. What the simplest way to go back to 4.1.2 jellybean?

6. Is there any chance my phone could be brick during the reverse process?

Please answer these questions, i am frustrated with jellybean 4.3 i can't use my phone for 3 hours coz of the battery unexpected behavior.

Most of your questions can be answered in one reply:

You can use a flashtool and a ftf file to get back to 4.1.2.You will get further updates from sony if you do not root and only install official firmware.However,if you still have warranty,you should inform yourself if downgrading will void your warranty or not.

Yes of course i will. Btw alexdon i read the whole thing on the link you gave but there is one thing i didn't understand, there are ftf of various country some are branded sone are unbranded but i didn't find one of my country Bangladesh. Can you tell me that if i can install another countrys ftf on my phone? Will it cause any problem?

No,you might just not get all the features released for your country.But you might get other things,released for specific countries.
