I don't have an update to android 4.3. My custom number is 1268-3164.Will there be an update to 4.3?

Please help me.

As far as I can see on the following SI number: 1268-3164, is that your phone is customized by Orange. Perhaps they have some further information about the update. I would also suggest that you check the following FAQ topic to get a better understanding how it works:

If PC Companion says that you have the latest software, then you have the latest software for the moment:
