Connect to wall socket,let it charge for 1 hour,force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).If this does not work,repair via SUS:

It will erase your phone memory,but you can backup messages,contacts etc.

You can use Myphone Explorer to backup,Pc companion or take a look in this topic:

yes i have new andoid 4.3 and its okay ..i put back up my data but nothing happend..anyway thank you at all
