topic pc companion problem in Other/General

pc companion problem

Since I have updated to 4.3 I cannot connect to PC Companion or the PC don't view it as a external USB device.

Any ideas and "Thanks" in advance

Try settings-xperia-connectivity-mtp mode.

It ihas already got the mtp mode ticked.

Try clearing data for the app called Media Storage under Settings -> Apps -> All and then restart the phone and see if that helps.

Force restart your device(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).Try again.
