Hello.

I have a Problem with my Sony Ericsson Xperia neo V!
I wanted to take a picture with my frontcamera. I opened the camera, wanted to choose to frontcamera, but i can't find it. I searched on google for solutions, but i dont found one. My brother has a Neo V too, and there i can find to choose to frontcamera. I already touched on "SCN Auto" but there i cant change to frontcamera..

Try settings-apps-all-camera,clear data and force stop.Restart your phone and check in camera again.

Go to the camera app,select normal mode and after that select front camera.

Still doesn't works.. When i changed to normal mode, the button for change to front camera still isn't there

I suggest you try a repair via sony update service:

I've already repaired my device via sony companion..

Hi,

I too had the same problem when i purchased the mobile, the front camera switvhing option is not appearing in the camera app and when i took it to the service center they told that the software needs to be reloaded. But even after the software was reloaded the same problem persisted. Then after a detailed study they told that the board needed replacement and they replaced it after 15days. But now i have got the same problem again. Can anybody say why this problem is occuring again and again.
