How stop start up running apps?

HI,

I have a question. I've heard if I root my phone I have full control on it. I've rooted my phone but I dont know how to benefit it.

for example, I wanna stop some startup apps and I dont know how. Of course I dont wanna stop them from app manager because they run atunomously. please help.

You need to head over to XDA and possibly look in to Xposed frameworks
