annoying predictive text above keyboard after 4.3 upgrade

I think I may have inadvertently turned this on myself whilst personalising everything again after the upgrade... but I can't turn it off. I mean the massive three suggestions for which words you're going to type, constantly appearing above the keyboard. I would like to turn all prediction off. Thanks.

setting>language&input>xperia keyboard setting>text input setting>word suggestion

choose last one that say"idon't want any help when writing,not even suggestion"
