after update is automatically down/ crushed

after i plug in to ac/dc led in the button is working and charging BUT display still is off,,,i press and hold power button the cellphone never goes on power on,

i use usb cable to connect to the computer but comuter ddoesnt know the cellphone,

what i must be done ???

Connect to wall charger open back cover push and hold off button untill phone vibrate three times then let it charge for a hour then try to turn it on normally

If the upper suggestion does not help,just force shutdown the phone and repair with SUS:

dear

i did it, but nothings happend [i press and hold it for much more than a min]

still display is off,

when i used usb to connect to pc, the pc doesnt know the phone/device ??

now how i could use SUS when display is off and after plugin to pc nothing happpend [just the led in butten is on and show the device is on charging]
