Xperia v and Whatsapp problem

We have two exact phones bought at the same time. One can send and recieve messages at Whatsapp everytime, but another is working just when wifi is on. Cant figure out what is wrong.

Both phones has internet on, so serfing on the internet is not a problem. Any ideas?

it could be a network restriction

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I am sorry to hear about this issue, have you tried downloading the internet settings on the device that does not work with network data?

If not give the following instructions a try.

Menu > Settings > Xperia > Internet Settings > Accept Disclaimer > Choose network carrier.

Once this has been done, try using the service.
