unable to download new album update

I am unable to download the new album update after updating my phone to kitkat and have tried switchiing off my cell but it does'nt work. Have tried to download it from xperia blog but that file is not downloaded please help me asap

You have only updated to 4.3 JB officially.Maybe there is something wrong with sony servers.Contact here:

Same problem with me... Dunno why? Sony busy with its new product and they they really don't care about supporting customers any more

Install SONY PC COMPANION on your computer. Then connect your phone to it.
Then click on Repair.

The PC COMPANION will repair your xperia SP. And then it should work fine.

There seems to be a temporary issue with update centre.All xperia users have problems with updating the album.Contact xperia care after the weekend:

For new update need Android 4.4 so..... New update never work on 4.3 . Please wait for 4.4 mobile update then you can try for this version.

Did you mean 4.3 jelly bean? Album updated successfully for me. As Alexdon said this may be a temporary issue.

i updated without problems also have you tried to check your network or try to clear cache and dowload again ?

I am also facing Album update problem, I use clean master and clean system cache, then album update successfully.

Clearing cache using Android assistant resolved this problem for me.
