    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I moved to a different OS, still keeping Outlook on another laptop.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; When I tried to send photo's by bluetooth from my Sony to the Toshiba laptop, I click on the bluetooth icon;&amp;nbsp; the Toshiba name comes up.&amp;nbsp; I click send, and a message comes up on bottome of photo, "sending file to bill hp"&amp;nbsp; (my other laptop).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the settings, the Toshiba is properly shown.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The bluetooth connection has disappeard from the HP laptop, but its name appears to be stuck in the Sony.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I can't see any way of resolving this.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; :(.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;go into your bluetooth settings and unpair the bluetooth connection and reconnect to the toshiba also delete the sony from the toshiba and start afresh&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for responding.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I've already been into the Sony's settings, and the HP laptop is no longer shown.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Only the Toshiba is shown as paired.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I've dumped the Sony from the Toshiba and re-installed it.&amp;nbsp; The Toshiba page shows that it's paired with the Sony, except the connection is shown as 'off'.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bluetooth was working fine earlier today on the HP., but disappeared as soon as I opened it on Toshiba.&amp;nbsp; Still shown on Start panel, but nothing else.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's strange that when sending photo's, it shows going to Toshiba, but says 'sending to HP'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry to go on&amp;nbsp; -&amp;nbsp; and on!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No problem about going on it's finding a solution have you allowed Bluetooth permission on both devices ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything was turned on that I could find.&amp;nbsp; I eventually took every connection I could find apart, and re-connected them.&amp;nbsp; The thing works now.&amp;nbsp; I must have had a bad connection somewhere, whic wasn't apparent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appreciate your help.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; BillC&lt;/P&gt;</description>
