Music player in lockscreen problem (4.3)

So after updating to 4.3, my phone doesn't show the music player in lockscreen when I play songs. I can't even swipe to the lockscreen widgets. Does anyone have solution for this?

Do you have smart key app installed?

I have the same problem, but with no "smartkey app" installed !!

Then I got it from Google Play market, installed and uninstalled it, restarted the phone & factory reset - for other issues of course - but still the same.

any ideas ? also removed "lockscreen" app data and forced close..
