if the phone is rooted then we can acces all of the staff on phone??like basic file and system file?

if we can acces them...may be we can change the illumation section in those files on new upgrade whit illumation section on older sw...

may be its be a somting like ilumatiion.ini illumation.big and etc

or be some writing on a main file..

like:

led bar function:

incoming sms;stamania:1 ;glow fully

(just say may be something like this)

There is an app in play store that allows you full control of the led bar without root

Illumination bar is the app name

Also root will give you better control over the phone but unless you are into writing code for android and system files it may be hard and would result in not working/semi bricking your device
