I got my phone in April 2013. Had a few problems with photo memory and occasional freezing. I was casually using my phone and locked it. then i came back to use it again and it froze. The swipe to unlock bar isnt there and the power and volume buttons dont work. It's been about an hour now and im getting upset because personal pics were on there. I can only wait for the battery to run out. Please help:(

Holding power and volume up at the same time for a good few seconds untill you feel 3 vibrations should force shutdown your phone

Do you have an Xperia S or J as you have posted in the J section with a title of Xperia S
