Xperia SP software or hardware problem?

Hello I need help, I got an Xperia SP c5306 from Telcel, the problem is that when I try to use the apps, the app close by itself,

settings, walkman, movies,album, calculator, ALL the apps I can't use the phone and before you tell me repair the software with PC Companion or SUS I did it like ten times and the problem persist I just got a notification saying "bug report failed no new crash data in dropbox", I was testing all the process that fail constantly and I see this:

sometimes this:

unfortunately storage capability has stopped

I'm thinking that maybe is the bootloader because I update/repair the phone many times or maybe is a hardware problem

what can I do?

Probably its a software problem.Have you enabled and/or change any settings at it?

And is your phone rooted or not?
