This is not possible,you need an app from google play to do it.

Thanks for the heads up on the lack of pause button on the in-house camera.

You've been making great movie cameras for many years and you released the Z1 without a pause button. Duh!!!!! :smileyd_oh:

I will download an applet and see if that makes life easier.

Hi alexdon,

Would you by any chance have an applet you could recommend from the thousands out there, to make an otherwise great camera on my Z1 into something really usefull with a pause button, without altering the fine attributes of the onboard camera?

I do not use 3rd party apps for the camera as it is good enough,but you could try this:

Remember that pausing during a video is not too good,the mechanism of recording is messed up.
