Xperia Ray is no longer in Sony Update Service program?

Hello community, this will be my first post.

I have accidentally ruined my xperia ray by wiping everything (dalvik cache, battery stats etc)

As of now, My Xperia Ray (4.0.4) will no longer turn on properly as the Sony Logo freezes. I have tried using the Update Service and PC Companion using Repair option. It seems the program found that i have no phone has no problem.

The update service removed all the Sony Ericsson phones (like my Xperia Ray) so i don't have any way to repair or restore my phone. I would like someone to add the old models of the Sony Ericsson on the Update Service.

Use SUS and select any phone, it doesn't really matter as its only to show the steps, it will download the correct software

Okay, l followed the instructions, holding the volume key etc. It seems there "No new software is available for your phone"

I wish to repair my phone by installing the update service. I also have no warranty since i used it 2 years ago.

I have no other idea on what to do now.. Any ideas?

Also, i tried using Sony Companion but there were a few problems like : Unable to run update on your computer

Details: Unable to communicate with Sony Update Engine (error 10)

TroubleShooting: This could be a temporary network problem. Please try the following:

Check in your firewall settings that the following programmes are allowed to access the internet:

-Sony Pc Companion

-Sony Mobile/Sony Ericsson Update Engine

Try again later

I have allowed the 2 programs access through the internet and restarted but it won't resolve

The problem might be your computer, could you try a different PC?

I tried both update service and pc companion but it said i have no new software update

Oh never mind! I finally fixed the boot problem. I used Flashtool using the 4.1.B.0587 tft kernel. I am surprised this is another way of resetting a phone and fixing the problem from Song logo freezing. Thanks for your help.

dude here is ur fix.....U R USING WIN 8 RIGHT??

okay then just go to the sus folder and the exe file right click troubleshoot compatibility and save the setting to run update service in win 7 mode......

thats it ....u will get the whole list of phones....i know a lot of phones are missing in win 8 sus.....even i had this problem.
