      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: " arial=""&gt;Dear sir/mam,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After waited for 10days I have received my phone back after that when i have&lt;BR /&gt;switched on my phone &amp;amp; checked it than i found that on the name of solution&lt;BR /&gt;of my problems which was mentioned in my previous mail your service center has&lt;BR /&gt;just updated my phone to ginger board from ics,its really disgusting &amp;amp;&lt;BR /&gt;never expected these things from you guys, Sony is a multinational brand which is&lt;BR /&gt;doing these things on the name of solution of problems of customers, this means&lt;BR /&gt;you don't have any solutions for your own product and you are hiding yourself&lt;BR /&gt;from your responsibilities. When i sended last mail to you then i got a call&lt;BR /&gt;from Mr. Alok (Sony head ,Jaipur ) &amp;amp; he promised me that he is taking care&lt;BR /&gt;of my problems regarding phone and he holded my phone for 3 more days in&lt;BR /&gt;service center and searched on problems after updated the phone to ginger board&lt;BR /&gt;then how could you find the root cause of problems when the problems were in&lt;BR /&gt;ics and you are searching in gingerboad then how can you find and rectify the&lt;BR /&gt;problems after that when i again reached to your global service center scheme ,Jaipur&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;amp; i Requested them to update it to ics again, then they rejected my request&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;amp; told me that they don't have proper version of ics is available and it&lt;BR /&gt;will come soon which is i am listening from last 10 months but till now they&lt;BR /&gt;don't have proper version of ics is available and even they haven't told me any&lt;BR /&gt;month and year that they will get it on this month or date, before this i have&lt;BR /&gt;updated my phone to ics 2-3 times through your global service center, Jaipur as&lt;BR /&gt;you can check it in your record but now after raising the issue regarding my&lt;BR /&gt;problems your service center has rejected my request an told me that you have&lt;BR /&gt;to update it yourself through pc companion it means that your product is not&lt;BR /&gt;supported to ics then why you have mentioned in advertisement and promising to customer’s&lt;BR /&gt;that it is updateable to ics at the time of selling your product and now when&lt;BR /&gt;customers are raised issue regarding problems in ics then you have stopped the&lt;BR /&gt;service center to update it into ics,boss it’s not the solution of problems, it&lt;BR /&gt;is the way of dissatisfying your customers, it’s not making believe it’s making&lt;BR /&gt;don't believe on Sony, which is your tagline, you know very well the difference&lt;BR /&gt;in between ginger board and ics,if i was using ics from last few months and i&lt;BR /&gt;am user-friendly to ics and it is very useful for me as a management person&lt;BR /&gt;because most of my official work i am doing through phone and your ginger board&lt;BR /&gt;will not support many applications and formats also as well as i am not&lt;BR /&gt;comfortable with it than i have to compromise with it and i have to use the&lt;BR /&gt;gingerboad,can you please tell me if you are paying a 16000 rs and purchasing a&lt;BR /&gt;phone on name of brand and you find many problems in that products then what&lt;BR /&gt;are the benefits of a name of brand there are many options with customers in&lt;BR /&gt;the market with the same amount there are many better phones are available but&lt;BR /&gt;on believe of brand name i have purchased this phone but now i have to&lt;BR /&gt;compromise with its quality i was never expected. If i talk about your service&lt;BR /&gt;center employees feedback regarding update to ics at yourself through pc/laptop&lt;BR /&gt;suppose if any customer has no any other option to update it through computer&lt;BR /&gt;or laptop then how can he /she will update it, it needs pc or laptop ,high&lt;BR /&gt;speed internet connection and pc companion software as well time. If your&lt;BR /&gt;service center will not update my phone to the ics version then why you will&lt;BR /&gt;promise at the time of selling your product that your service center will&lt;BR /&gt;update it to latest version, what the hell is this, if you are not able to&lt;BR /&gt;solve my problems then why don't you directly tell me and accept it that you&lt;BR /&gt;don't have proper solution of these problems which i am facing with your&lt;BR /&gt;product,plesae directly give me in written that you don't have any solution of&lt;BR /&gt;these problems after which i can take further action, please don't hold or&lt;BR /&gt;awaited me on the name of solution of problems as soon as possible as my&lt;BR /&gt;warranty is also ending in upcoming month then after that i know you will never&lt;BR /&gt;take it as your responsility for solution of my problems.
