in the midle updating mobile stop working

hi
i connect my mobile to my laptop as always, told me that there is an update avalible, so i said yes, what happend after that the mobile shutdown and never start again, so i pushed the power ..but nothing happen, tried the hard rest ..it give picture of small mobile with "!".. i assuming that no flash avalible..

so can anyone help with that please

i just fixed it,

i have windows 7 so am useing "sony pc companion" which is not helpfull at all with my mobile, i pluged my mobile to an apple laptop using "sony bridge for mac" i just ask it to rapair my mobile and it did..
