Hi

Recently updated to firmware 12.0.A.2.245. After the update the camera is unable to save the pictures to SD Card or internal memory. Tried restarting the phone. Is it advisable to visit service centre or try reinstalling the firmware?

I heard that after an update you should reset your phone. You see this helps getting things to work normal, seriously. No harm trying and it will not take much time either AND OFFCOURSE YOUR UPDATE WILL BE INTACT. Do not forget to backup your phone first.

Reset the phone and its working perfectly now. Though the old memory card wasnt working porperly. Replaced it with Class 10 card. Wasnt able to take back up of the stuff. After resetting its possible, though lost most of the pictures taken.

Thanks for the tip

@TJ wrote:

I heard that after an update you should reset your phone.
