Manually Update Xperia sp

I have already tried to upgrade the firmware version to 12.0.A.2.245 via pc companion & SUS.. There is no OTA service in my region. Pc companion stops downloading at 91% and in sus every time it completes down it asks me to again connect it by pressing vol. down key & it again starts downloading.. how can I manually upgrade it without voiding warranty..? I had visited service centre and they were asking to keep the phone for 2 days with them..

You can use the flashtool method. (find it in xda developers forum, sp section. In that forum you can get info and tutorials about the manual update). Cheers!
