How to open recent apps after update

I did the last update on xperia S today, the beginning of access to key applications running on mobile, however after updating the key function changed beginning but it does not open access to applications that are being used at the time, it opens now one internet page.

I wonder if it is possible to change the shortcut key start.

Double tap HOME = recent apps

Long press HOME = Google Now

tap HOME = take you back to HOME
