Hi. So my Xperia P is updated to 4.1.2. And I don't know if this kind of battery life is common or not.

My battery drastically dies whenever I use mobile data as in I see the percentage dropping so fast. Like, it drops a percent every 1-2 minutes. And also, the phone gets hot when mobile data is enabled or used as a hotspot.

But there are times when it's not so bad. Like this:

And I didn't get to take a picture of the battery usage of the last two...

So, is my battery okay? or bad?

Is this kind of performance common for all the Xperia P's out there?

Based on the mobile network signal I would say that your battery consumption is quite normal. When the signal is low the phone will consume more battery. And if you use your phone as a hotspot it will consume even more battery.

I'm amazed by your battery performance, for over 5 hours long your battery still got 99% even though it has screen on and awake. But then drastically down after having poor signal. Don;t know how to explain, maybe the SX support was right and was also supported by a super user.
