I have just had my xperia P up-to-date and there is a problem with the screen lock

As you can see above, Im not able to change Swipe or other types. I dont know why. All I did is just update it normaly with the PC Companion

Is there any one have the same problem

please tell me how to fix it

do you have a SIM pin lock? another screenlock app? any taskillers, antivirus, task managers, ram aps? what is that blue C icon top left?

and i also have Sreen Off FX. That's all

Hi, check the settings under Settings->Security-> device adminstrators option.

if you see any application with check box enabled, then these application may be cause for the issue, they are forcing some security policies.

if you want to enable Swipe or other types just uncheck the applications in device adminstrators and confirm.

Reboot the mobile if necessary.

try factory reset .. then install the firmware with SUS
