Phone won't backup contacts.

Hello all.

My xperia S was abit laggy so I erased all date on the phone & on internal storage & did the factory reset. I had my backup on computer made by PC suite of this very phone. So after restarting my phone & syncing accounts I did the backup through pc suite but It won't update or backup my contacts. HELP cause I have important contacts.

I had same problem and I restored it with my own way I asked everyone a phone number.
