Cause my ICS Arc S is a little laggy even if i have Apex Launcher installed. So i was wondering if i should wait for a official JB or just flash/root my phone? I want to know if I flash my phone ( root it ) will nothing be changed and is it going to be any faster then with the regular ICS.
